Until one has educated his or herself about what healthy eating is (and this includes learning about how to read food labels, what calories/protein/carbs/fat mean, etc.) they won’t be able to make the right choices. It’s no coincidence that 1/3 of Americans are obese…people do not understand what they’re putting into their bodies and until they do, not much is going to change.
